REQUIREMENTS for Renting Our Boats:

1. Must be 21 years of age to rent a boat from our company.

2. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must have either a permanent or temporary Boating Safety Education ID Card to legally operate a boat in Florida.

How to Obtain Your Boating Safety Education ID Card In Florida:

• Option 1: Boating Safety Courses (Lifetime, does not expire)

• Option 2: Temporary Certificate (TC) (Valid for 90 days)

Boating license from another state is valid in Florida if it's approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA).
